We put you at the centre of attention throughout the entire planning process and take the time to get to know you as an individual. What are your likes, dislikes and interests? Step 2: Let's get to know
each other.

After reviewing your details, a Show Thyme wedding specialist will connect with you at a time that best suits your schedule. After all we want this process to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.

During this initial call we like to spend a little time getting to know each other. This is a very important day and we want to ensure we deliver the perfect culinary experience. We will go over venue details, guest lists, menu options, special requests and everything in between.

Step 4: Fit and finish.

After you have had a chance to go over our offering, we will connect on a quick call to go through it all. This will give us an opportunity to walk you through our food choices, as well as make any changes you may desire.

Step 6: Final Check-in.

With your dream day just around the corner, we understand that some things can change. With that in mind we like to take one last walk through before the big celebration.

Step 3: Planning your
dream menu.

Now the fun stuff! If you and your partner have decided that we are the right fit, it is time to start planning. Based off our preliminary discussions, we will start putting together menu options that are sure to wow you and your guests. Once we have crafted our masterpiece, we will email you a copy to review.

Step 5: Private Tasting.
